이 개인정보처리방침은 Chrome 확장 프로그램 Enterprise AI Shield에 적용됩니다.
Enterprise AI Shield는 사용자가 직접 입력한 승인 회사 이메일 도메인, 보호할 기본 서비스와 사용자 사이트 주소, 사이트별 활성화 상태, 보호 활성화 상태 및 엄격 모드 설정을 처리합니다.
정책을 적용하기 위해 기본 지원 사이트(ChatGPT, Claude)의 로그인 입력, 계정 메뉴, 페이지에 포함된 초기 세션 정보 및 동일 출처 세션 응답에서 현재 계정의 이메일 주소를 찾을 수 있습니다. 사용자가 직접 추가하고 Chrome 권한창에서 승인한 사이트에서는 로그인 입력과 계정·프로필 인터페이스의 필요한 부분에서 이메일 주소를 찾을 수 있습니다. 이메일 주소에서는 도메인 부분만 정책 판정에 사용합니다. 현재 보호 페이지의 호스트 주소는 어떤 사이트 정책을 적용할지 확인하는 데 로컬로 사용되며, 방문 기록 형태로 저장하지 않습니다.
Enterprise AI Shield는 비밀번호, 결제 정보, 인증 토큰 또는 쿠키를 수집하지 않습니다.
처리되는 정보는 사용자가 설정한 이메일 도메인 정책을 지원되는 AI 웹사이트에 적용하는 단일 목적으로만 사용합니다.
정책 설정은 사용자의 Chrome 로컬 저장소(chrome.storage.local)에 저장됩니다. 사용자가 입력한 보호 사이트 주소도 설정의 일부로 로컬에 저장됩니다. 감지한 이메일 주소와 페이지 내용은 영구 저장하지 않습니다. Enterprise AI Shield는 정책 설정, 보호 사이트 주소, 이메일 주소, 웹사이트 콘텐츠 또는 웹 탐색 활동을 운영자나 제3자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
사용자 데이터를 제3자와 공유하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 개인 맞춤 광고, 신용 평가 또는 데이터 브로커 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
정책 설정은 사용자가 확장 프로그램 설정에서 초기화하거나 확장 프로그램을 삭제할 때까지 브라우저에 남을 수 있습니다. 설정 내보내기로 사용자가 직접 JSON 사본을 만들 수 있습니다.
storage: 도메인 정책, 사용자 사이트 주소와 환경설정을 로컬에 저장scripting: 사용자가 추가하고 권한을 승인한 사이트에 패키지 내부의 정책 스크립트를 등록chatgpt.com, claude.ai, claude.com 접근: 현재 계정의 이메일 도메인을 확인하고 정책을 적용https://*/*: 사용자가 사이트 추가를 누를 때 입력한 정확한 HTTPS 호스트의 접근 권한을 Chrome에 요청선택적 권한은 설치 시 모든 사이트 접근을 허용하지 않습니다. 사용자가 Chrome 권한창에서 승인한 호스트에만 접근합니다. 사용자가 사이트를 목록에서 삭제하면 해당 선택 권한도 철회합니다.
확장 프로그램은 Manifest V3를 사용하고 모든 실행 코드를 패키지 내부에 포함합니다. 원격 실행 코드, 분석 SDK, 광고 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
Chrome Web Store 사용자 데이터 정책에 따라 취득한 정보는 공개된 단일 목적과 사용자 대면 기능을 제공하거나 개선하는 데에만 제한적으로 사용합니다. Enterprise AI Shield의 정보 사용은 Chrome Web Store User Data Policy의 Limited Use 요건을 준수합니다.
정보 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 방침과 스토어 공개 항목을 먼저 갱신하고, 필요한 경우 사용자에게 명확히 알리고 동의를 받습니다.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Enterprise AI Shield Chrome extension.
Enterprise AI Shield processes the approved company email domains entered by the user, selected built-in services, user-added website addresses, per-site enabled state, global enabled state, and strict-mode preference.
To enforce the policy, the extension may look for the current account's email address in login inputs, account menus, embedded initial session data, and same-origin session responses on built-in supported sites (ChatGPT and Claude). On a website that the user adds and approves in Chrome's permission prompt, the extension may look for the email address in login inputs and the relevant account or profile interface. Only the domain portion of an email address is used for the policy decision. The current protected page host is processed locally only to select the saved site policy. Enterprise AI Shield does not create or store a browsing-history log.
Enterprise AI Shield does not collect passwords, payment information, authentication tokens, or cookies.
Information is processed only for the single purpose of applying the user's email-domain policy on built-in and user-selected websites.
Policy settings are stored in the user's Chrome local storage (chrome.storage.local). User-entered protected website addresses are also stored locally as settings. Detected email addresses and page content are not persisted. Enterprise AI Shield does not transmit policy settings, protected website addresses, email addresses, website content, or browsing history to the operator or any third-party server.
User data is not shared with or sold to third parties. It is not used for personalized advertising, creditworthiness, or data-broker purposes.
Policy settings may remain in the browser until the user resets the settings or uninstalls the extension. Users may create their own JSON copy with the export feature.

The extension accesses only a host approved in Chrome's site-specific permission prompt. Removing a custom website also revokes that optional permission.
The extension uses Manifest V3 and packages all executable code locally. It does not use remote executable code, analytics SDKs, or advertising SDKs.
Information obtained under the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy is limited to providing or improving the disclosed single purpose and user-facing features. Enterprise AI Shield's use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If data practices change, this policy and the Chrome Web Store disclosures will be updated before the change takes effect. Users will receive prominent notice and consent will be obtained when required.
